On your firm's own history. Each provider's score reflects how their cases have actually settled for you, how clean and on-time their records are, and how well they negotiate liens — not industry benchmarks and not data pooled from other firms.

Does our provider data stay private?+

Yes. The provider data and the performance scoring stay inside your firm. The advantage you build is yours alone — it isn't shared or sold.

What if there's no good provider near the client?+

When no strong in-network provider exists within range for a specialty, Provider Atlas surfaces vetted options from outside your current list — so the client still gets the right care and the case doesn't suffer a treatment gap.

Can providers pay to be listed?+
