WHY IT MATTERS

The answer is in the file. Finding it is the problem.

Every question used to mean pulling up the file, scrolling through your CRM, calling whoever might remember, or waiting. Case Counsel reads everything the case has — documents in Neos, medical records, intake notes, the timeline, every captured email — and turns all of it into a sentence in a chat box. It works on one case, a group of cases, or your entire firm's history.

For attorneysThree hours of case prep becomes twenty minutes — with adjuster arguments anticipated and counter-evidence surfaced from the file.
For case managersThe answer to every adjuster call, every client check-in, every "wait, what did the doctor say back in March."
For directorsThe only way to actually see across every open case at once — "show me every TBI case missing a neuropsych eval."
HOW IT WORKS

From question to cited answer.

Mid-call with an adjuster or deep in mediation prep — the workflow is the same.

  1. 01

    Ask in plain language

Type it or speak it — facts, dates, dollar amounts, document references. Multilingual: ask in English, get answers from Spanish-language records.

  2. 02

    Pick the depth

Three modes: instant answer for quick questions, careful answer for nuanced ones, deep analysis when the stakes are high.

  3. 03

    It reads the whole file

Documents in your CRM, medical records, intake notes, prior correspondence, the timeline, every captured email — one case or every case.

Plain language, in seconds, with every fact linked back to the exact page of the exact document it came from.

Adjuster & deposition prepAnticipate the adjuster's arguments and surface the counter-evidence already in the file. Generate deposition questions; flag where testimony contradicts the records.

THE REAL EDGE

Years of institutional knowledge, read on demand.

Most firms have decades of hard-won knowledge locked inside individual case files no one will ever read again. Case Counsel reads all of it on demand — and nothing comes from outside your firm's data unless you explicitly ask it to.

What leadership is saying

★★★★★
EZ Case makes sure we stop leaving money on the table. Settlement Genius anchors every demand to what we've actually recovered, and Case Signals catches the cases about to settle for too little before they ever close. At the same time, it gets cases to settlement faster — demands that used to take days are drafted in minutes — and our clients always know exactly where their case stands. We settle for more, we settle sooner, and the client experience is better for it.

Before EZ Case, I was drowning. Hundreds of provider emails a day, no way to know if my case managers had actually followed up, and Neos was such a mess nobody could find anything. The business was running us. Now AI parses every attachment straight into Neos and flags problems before they become problems. My people are focused on the case, not the admin — each case manager carries 120 to 150 open files a month and nothing slips. And the calls from clients asking what's going on? Those stopped.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I know the answers are accurate?+

Every answer is cited. If Case Counsel states a fact, you can click it and see the exact page of the exact source document it came from. If something isn't in the file, it says so — it doesn't guess.

What does it actually read?+

Everything the case has: documents in your CRM (such as Neos), medical records, intake notes, prior correspondence, the timeline EZ Case has built, and every email captured by Mailwatch. It can work on a single case, a group of cases, or your entire firm's case history.

Who on the team can use it?+

Anyone — case managers, paralegals, attorneys, intake. It answers in plain language, and there's a voice mode for asking and hearing answers hands-free, useful in the car between appointments.

Can it handle Spanish-language records?+

Yes. It's multilingual — ask in English and get answers drawn from Spanish-language records, with translations included where they're useful.

Is this practicing law? Who's responsible for the answers?+

No. Case Counsel is a research and retrieval tool for your team — it finds and cites what's already in your firm's files. Legal judgment and strategy stay with your attorneys; every fact it surfaces is verifiable at the source so your team stays in control.

Does it use data from outside our firm?+

No — nothing comes from outside your firm's data unless you explicitly ask it to. It also learns your firm's vocabulary, categories, providers, and insurers over time, and saved prompts can become firm-wide templates.
